It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella S. Wiese of Eldridge, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stark and Malinda Stark (Meinert); her husband Robert L. "Bob" Wiese; her daughter Mary L. Wanzel; her brother Harold; and her sister-in-law Mary Stark.
She is survived by: her son David Wiese (Kay) of Scottsdale, Arizona; her grandsons, Mark Wanzel (Natalie) of Valley Park, John Wanzel of Chicago and Eric Wanzel of Vashon, Washington; her great grandchild Alex Wanzel; her son-in-law Robert Wanzel of Manchester, Missouri; and her close friends, Connie Braet, Barb LaFrenz, Judy Kirby and Cheryl Arp.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or the Eldridge Volunteer Fire Department.
