We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2019, at the age of 81, Larry Koch (Eldridge, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor McDaniel and Hazel Koch McDaniel (Wiese); and his stepfather Charles McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smiley (Schuster); his children, Barbara Boehmer (Jesse) of DeWitt, Sue Murphy (Steve) of Long Grove, Iowa and Bruce Smiley (Kathy) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Nicole Sewejkis of DeWitt, Brooke Murphy (Owen Ruis) of DeWitt and Blake Murphy of Long Grove; his great grandchildren, Carleigh Mae and Madison Gisele; and his brothers, Tom Koch (Cheryl) of Macomb, Dennis Koch (Lana) of Mesquite and Mike McDaniel (Debbie) of Davenport.

Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or the Disabled American Veterans.
