It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristi Ernst of Eldridge, Iowa, born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bartels and Esther Bartels (Franks). She is survived by: her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Mark Brimmer of Long Grove, Iowa; her sons, Paul (Brandy Ragona), Matthew Ernst of DeWitt and Eric (Stephany Ernst); her grandchildren, Joseph, Tyler, Elise Ragona, Alyson Ragona (Shawn Leland), Anthony Brimmer, Vaida and Voss Ernst; her brother Curt; her sister-in-law Nancy Bartels of Erie; and her nieces and nephews, Stacy Carlson and Zack Bartels.
After a tough battle, Covid-19 won.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. or to the Eldridge Lions Club.
