It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Carmody of Eldridge, Iowa, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Carmody and Medora Carmody; his wife Marilee Williamson; his children, Brad Carmody (Ann Clemens) of Eldridge and Heather "Lori" Malito of Davenport, Iowa; his grandchildren, Cydnie, Mykenzie, Adelyn Carmody, Mindy Malito and Shanelle Josvanger; his great grandchildren, Blake and Noah Malito; and his siblings, Tom Carmody of Washington, Illinois, Mary Carmody of Davie, Florida., Karen Carson of Davie, Florida., David Carmody and Joan Carmody.
Face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.
