She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Francis and Erma Randolph Sr. (Smith); and her siblings, Martha, Verna, Mary, Audrey, Oralee, Louella, Faith Ann, Brian, Daniel, Orville Francis, Orville Fitz and James.
She is survived by: her husband James Leggins of Eldridge; her children, Erma Higgins of Davenport and Daniel Childers of Davenport; her grandchildren, Tiante, Alexis, Elijah, Andrew, Ariel, Jasmine, Khloe and Charlotte; and her siblings, Eva Randolph of East Peoria, Nadine Ross of Rock Island, Richard Randolph of Urbana and Jeff Randolph of California.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chambers Funeral Home (130 N 2nd St, Eldridge, IA 52748). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
