He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Beuthien and Mabel Beuthien (Meyer); his son Norman; his spouse Lo Ree Marten; his grandchildren, Austin Lee and Bridgette Beuthien; his brothers, Larry and Kenneth; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Bartlett and Dick Farenhkrug (Lu).
He is survived by: his former wife Helga Kain; his children, Joanne and Robert; his former wife Mary Jane Cochran; his sons, David and Donald; his siblings, Joan Bartlett, Rosie Farenhkrug and Roy (Catherine); and his sister-in-law Susie Jalloh. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
