She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Barrows and Lillian Barrows (Hoffman); her husband Raymond Castel; her son Gary; her grandson Ricky; and her brothers, Robert and William.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Castel (Ruth Ann) of Davenport, Anthony Castel (Debbie L.) of Geneseo, Teri Caldwell (Rod) of Davenport, Jeffrey Castel of Redondo Beach and Janelle Fuller (Robert) of Nevada. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
