He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Jones and Mary Jones (Barnes); his daughter Denise Kaasa; and his sister Bonnie Yoke. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Jones (Betsy) of Eldridge and Brian Froelich (Julie) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Tyler), Dalton Stout (Brittany), Eli Jones and Katelyn Holst (Isaac); his great grandchild Holden Smith; his sister Sandra Feeney of Solon; and his sons-in-law, Gary Kaasa (Melody) of Davenport and Randy Stout (Melinda) of California.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (130 N 2nd St, Eldridge, IA 52748).
