He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Ohl (Lenser); his brother Brent Ohl; his grandparents, Twila, Jack Ohl, Violet and Ralph Lenser; his aunt Gordan; and his uncle Jackie Hull.

He is survived by: his father Steven Ohl (Sonya); his sister-in-law Peggy Ohl; his nephews, Tom Ohl and Charlie Ohl; his aunt Carol Davis (Dave); and his uncle Rick Ohl (Wendy). He is also survived by several cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family to be used for the Ohl Family North Scott Wrestling Scholarship.
