She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rowe and Alice Rowe (Sales); and her sister Barbara Brown. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Mosher; her daughters, Alice Anderson (Mark) of Manhattan and Julie Mosher of Eldridge; her grandchildren, Faith Ann Mosher and Sierra Johnson; and her brothers, David Rowe of Murfreesboro and Tommy Rowe of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scott County Library.
