She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Eddinger and Evelyn "Polly" Eddinger; her siblings, Larry Eddinger, William Eddinger and Myrtle Lawrence; and her former husband Marion Kent Black.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Michael Black, Michelle Courtney-Leno (John), Jennifer Harmon (Bob), Matthew Mauk (Shelly) and Therese Lewis; her grandchildren, Celeste Black, Kaleb Courtney, Noah Courtney, Carsyn Leno, Cassidy Leno, Brady Harmon (Mallory), Blake Harmon (Emma), Scott Mauk and Tasha Jordan; her great grandchildren, Brooke Marion String, Jacob James Dunavan, Robert and String; her great great grandchild Alán Benjamin Barbosa; and her sisters, Esther Schierholz, Mary Allen (Sherman) and Evelyn "Mickey" Johnston. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
