He is survived by: his former wife Janice Jaspers; his wife Janice Piper; his children, Nicholas Piper and Nanette Piper Knight; and his granddaughter Mariah Schurman (Jon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
