He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Hazelwood and Eleanora Hazelwood (Boofer); his wife Betty Finger; his son Rick Hazelwood; his siblings, Mary Lou Gangestad, Ronald and Roger Hazelwood; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Gangestad and Eldon Winters.
He is survived by: his children, Ronda Marshall, Robin Hazelwood (Shane Wood) and Randy Hazelwood (Deb); his grandchildren, Brittany Small (Michael), Justin Clemons, Josh Hazelwood and Jamie Hazelwood; his great grandchildren, Alex Clemons, Devon, Brianna, Miya and Michael Small; his sister Sue Brown (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Denise Hazelwood and Leah Hazelwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
