She is survived by: her sister Darla Mabe; her sons, Kevin Boomgarden (Mary Jo) and Craig Boomgarden (Shelley); her grandchildren, Megan Carter (Brick), Dr. Erich Boomgarden (Elizabeth), Lisa Sheffels (Taylor) and Dr. Sarah Lutterman (Carson); and her great grandchildren, Catherine, Emma, Benjamin Boomgarden and Mackenzie Sheffels. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
