She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Phillips and Fern Phillips (Hatcher); her husband Harold Putnam; her daughter Patricia; and her sisters, Helen Phillips and Grace Noel.

She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Putnam (Lorri) and Walter Putnam (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Carly Putnam, Sarah Olsen (Jonathan) and Benjamin Putnam; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Madeline and Mikaela Olsen; and her siblings, Velma Wee (Don) and Wayne Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
