He is survived by: his daughters, Heather of Eldora and Kate of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Megan, Patience, Autumn, Jayden, Kayla, Faith, Kuemper, Zarrack, Henry J. and Maggie; and his siblings, James, Diane, Phyllis, Angie, Pam and Cheryl.
