He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kadolph and Lela Kadolph; his children, Lisa Marie Kadolph, Leslie Lorber and Jon Joseph Kadolph; and his siblings, Albert Eugene Kadolph, Bernard Kadolph and Mary Lou Harman.
He is survived by: his former wife Marian Lucille Stewart; his wife Grace Marie Kadolph; his children, Rebecca Lueck (Dale), Monica Kadolph, Thomas Kadolph (Sheila) and Joni Kadolph; his stepsons, Dean Armfield and Daniel Armfield; and his siblings, Rita Allen (Darrell) and Ron Kadolph. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren & spouses; 28 great-grandchildren.
