He was predeceased by: his father Gary Andersen; his grandparents, Elmer, Marlys Dieken, Erhard and Agnes Andersen; and his uncles, Ron and Kenny Andersen.
He is survived by: his mother Marcia Andersen (Dieken) of Cedar Falls; his siblings, Beth (Gary Koenen) of Cedar Falls and Mark of Clear Lake; his nephew Zach Andersen (Heather) of Dike; his great-niece Blakelee; his aunts, Dixie Spain of Parkersburg, Amy Jensen of Dike and Diane Burns of Portland, OR; and his uncle Mike Dieken (Karen) of Dike. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
