He was predeceased by: his parents, John Streeby and Rose Mary Findlay Streeby; and his brother Mike "Poke" Streeby. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Smith; his children, Sherry Chebuhar (Jim) of Marshalltown, IA, Steve Streeby (Suzanne) of Eldon, IA and Carrie Teninty (Tony) of Ottuwma, IA; his grandchildren, Samantha Manusuthakis, Cody Streeby, Kaitlyn Streeby, Matthew Streeby and Chloe Teninty; his great grandchildren, Easton and Bryce Manusuthakis; and his sister Amy Dyke of Fremont, IA.
