He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Campbell and Madelon Simmons Campbell; his wife Karen Roberts; his stepdaughter Becky Dye; and his siblings, David, Norman, Christine and Sarah.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Debb Durflinger (Dan) of Eldon, IA; his brothers, Mike Campbell (Dolores) and Danny Campbell; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Sloan (Kelly), Amber Beal (Eric), Jay Sloan, Felisha Deao (Austin) and Samantha Frasher. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
