He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Liles and Caroline Hewitt Liles; his wife Helen; his son Steven; and his siblings, Albert, Dewight, Frank, Pardon, Everett, Emett, Bill, David, Paul, Sarah Talbott, Mary Liles, Rachel Greene and Ruth Boliou.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Liles (Audrey) of Muscatine, IA and Marcia Essary of Texas; his grandsons, Doug, Matthew, David, Travis and Trenton; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Calvin, Nora, Logan, Zoey and Kyra; his great great grandchild Ryker; and his sisters, Pauline Lind and Naomi Grunwald. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
