She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Hormann and Louise Wiegmann Hormann; her sisters, Lorraine Hormann and Luanne Roberts; and her sister-in-law Bev Horman.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Cloke of Eldon, IA; her children, Amanda Johnson (Justin) of Dubuque, IA, Samuel Cloke (Pearl) of Eldon, IA and Shaylee Sedore (Robert) of Eldon, IA; her grandchildren, Franki, Kori, Ryan Cloke, Corbin and Colby Sedore; and her siblings, Donald Hormann (Suzanne), David Hormann, Lucinda Hopwood and Darrell Hormann (Cheryl Roulet). She is also survived by her family and her many friends.
