She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mursch and Grete Tiedtke Mursch; her husband Edward Stephenson; her sister Grete Wheeler; her brother-in-law Don Wheeler; and her in-laws, Thema (Charles), Bob (Lou), Helen (Elmer), Mary and George.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent Stephenson (Christina) of Casselberry, FL, Lois Shipley (Robert) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Linda Manley (Douglas) of Eldon, IA.; her grandchildren, Dan Sedore (Gina), Kara Carter (Chad), Kristy Frost, Ashely Weis (Brad), Dustin Stephenson, Cody Manley (Samantha), Weston Manley and Sawyer Manley (Tiffany); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Hayden Sedore, Ava Garcia, Evelyn, Ethan Carter, Summer, Scarlett Frost, Avery, Mattea, Briggs Weis, Garrett Porter, Preston Downing, Ariana Manley, Elivia, Phoenix and Ariel Manley.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wapello Hall at the Wapello County Fairgrounds.
Memorial contributions in Kathe's honor may be directed to EveryStep Hospice of Mt. Pleasant who lovingly took care of her in her final days.
