He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Himan Laughlin and Sarah Martha Liles Laughlin; his stepfather Charley Talbot; and his granddaughter Denise Laughlin. He is survived by: his spouse Marion Jean Rusk; his children, Marie Donna Hummell (Mike) of Eldon, Donald Michael Laughlin (Jamie) of Fairfield and Patricia Ann Pettit (Glen) of McPherson, KS; his daughter-in-law Tina Kelley-Laughlin; his child Pat; his grandchildren, Mike, Luke, Katie Hummel, Chris, Dillon, Ryan Laughlin, Eric and Justin Pettit; and his siblings, Frances (Howard Leasure), Stanley (Phyllis Laughlin), Ester (Larry Crow) and Mickey (Bill Lunsford). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
