He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Parizek and Lucille Parizek (Konicek); his wife Wilma Nielsen; his daughters, Rita King and Cathy Clarke; his son-in-law Tom Lichty; his siblings, Stanley Parizek, Leland Parizek, Margaret Parizek, Bernice Dulin, Ethel Goble and Lillian Musel; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Lastovka, Iona Nielsen, Herbert Dulin, Lester Musel, Stanley Gobel and Alvin Lastovka.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Parizek (Lesa) of Elberon, Rachel Parizek of Traer and Christy Lichty of Waterloo; his sons-in-law, Gordy Clarke of Hudson and William King of Cedar Rapids; and his sister-in-law Beverly Parizek of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren (with one on the way), 2 great-great grandchildren.
