He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Prusha and Helen Prusha (Kolash); and his daughter Kay Lynn Prusha. He is survived by: his wife Betty Junge; his children, Kim Hrubecky (Paul) of Omro, WI, Mark Prusha (Donna) of Waunakee, WI, Todd Prusha (Jo) of Cedar Falls and Lisa Coyle (Jim) of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Becky Coyle, Daniel Coyle (Alese), Hannah Coyle, Gabriel, Jacob Coyle, Katie Rogers (Jonny), Rachael Divinnie (Tom), Abbie Knock (Chase), Austin Prusha, Allison Prusha, Ana Prusha, Samuel Hrubecky and Pedro Hrubecky. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
