She is survived by: her children, Janice Ledvina of Elberon, Mike Ledvina (Connie) of Toledo, John Ledvina (Barb) of Ankeny and Dave Ledvina (Denise) of Johnston; her grandchildren, Matt Ledvina (Kristin), Molly Pendleton (Andrew), Ben Ledvina, Amy Townsend (Derek), Adam Ledvina and Travis Tams (Heather); her great grandchildren, Haven, Lucy, Judah, Davis, John, Eleanor, Cohen, Ava, Carter, Colby and Carly; her brother Fred Cernin (Julie) of Cedar Rapids; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Cernin of Elberon, Martha Plucar of Keystone and Marcella Vranek of Des Moines.
