He is survived by: his children, Donald Fisher of Manchester, Richard Fisher, Jr. (April) of Manchester and Jessica Peyton of Masonville; his siblings, Dale Fisher (Linda) of Anamosa, Daniel Fisher (Audrey) of Manchester and Marjorie Hall (Bill) of Falls Church, Virginia; and his brother-in-law Dan Cash of Veradale. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
