It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald Gilbert (Edgewood, Iowa), born in Strawberry Point, Iowa, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Gilbert and LuElla Gilbert (Way); his former wife Nona Rappe; his wife Jean A. Hulverson; and his children, Dale Gilbert (Norma), Lynne Gilbert of Salem, Curt Gilbert (Kelly) of Dubuque, Douglas Gilbert (Audrey) of Phoenix and Calvin Gilbert (Kim) of Cedar Rapids. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
