He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Collins and Ruth Ward (Myers); his wife Berdina Morris of Delhi; his son Russell Ward; and his siblings, Robert Ward and Betty Riley Yager.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Reed (Jon) of Marion, Roger Ward (Susan) of Epworth and Donna Johnson (Dave) of LeRoy, Minnesota; and his sister Joan Owen of Hawaii. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
