He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chopard of Edgewood; his children, Jason Chopard (Amy) of Waverly, Chad Chopard (Jennifer Shaeffer) of Marion, Heather Bottelman (Josh) of Anamosa, Megan Boge (Todd) of Maple Grove and Sean Chopard (Ashley Kimball) of Edgewood; his grandchildren, Kinzey Bottelman, Genevieve Chopard, Alivia Bottelman, Aiden Chopard, Penn Chopard, Alexa Chopard, Adlei Chopard and Nathaniel Boge; and his sister Nancy Ericson (Vic) of Edgewood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
