Mary Christine Kelchen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 83, Mary Christine Kelchen of Edgewood, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Willenbring and Anastasia Willenbring (Clemen); her husband Eugene "Gene" Kelchen; and her daughter Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Dale Kelchen (Tami) of Manchester and Julie Krogmann (Paul) of Manchester; her grandchildren, Danielle Krogmann and Christopher Krogmann; her siblings, RoseAnn Kelchen (John Pape), Jim Willenbring (Jennifer), Joan Ronnebaum (Ron), Joe Willenbring (Marilyn) and Patrick Willenbring; and her sisters-in-law, Pearl Kelchen and Rosalynn Kelchen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (205 S Locust St, Edgewood, IA 52042). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Mark Cemetery (1051 210th Ave, Edgewood, IA 52042).
