We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 89, Lylas Pensel of Edgewood, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Halsey Sabin and Mary Sabin (Combs); her husband James Zearley; her son Marcus Zearley; her daughter-in-law Jill Zearley; and her siblings, Bernie, Gene, Paul, John Sabin and Eileen Schrunk.
She is survived by: her former husband Larry Pensel; her sons, James Pensel (Xochilth) of San Diego and Michael Zearley of Manchester; her grandchildren, Terra, Trisha, Douglas, Christian and Deborah; her great grandchildren, Sean, Riley, Madylin, Allison, Samuel and Madisyn; and her sisters, Phyllis Salow (Clarence) of Earlville and Kay Kruger of Altamonte Springs, Florida..
Because of COVID-19, masks are recommended at the funeral home.
