He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulrich "Ole" Keuter and Stella Keuter (Schneider); his children, Kendall Keuter and Karlyn Keuter-King; and his siblings, Doris Deutmeyer (Henry) and Dale Keuter (Eileen).

He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Tebbe; his children, Kayla Keuter of Kansas and Karris Deis of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Nicole, Katherine, Jaclyn Deis, Max and Kenna King; and his son-in-law Tom King.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lloyd Keuter's name to Xavier Elementary School and/or St. Francis Xavier Basilica.
