He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald and Carol Hemesath; and his uncle William "Bill" Hemesath. He is survived by: his mother Linda Cabalka (Hemesath) of Manchester; his wife Katie Cabalka of Edgewood; his father Dave Cabalka; his brothers, Greg Cabalka (April) of Van Meter and Jay Cabalka (Shellie) of Urbana; his parents-in-law, Tim and Julie Meese of Edgewood; his grandparents, Francis and Ruth Cabalka of Dubuque; his brothers-in-law, Andy Meese (Kristy) of Edgewood and Tyler Meese (Hanna Koloc) of Edgewood; his nieces and nephews, Myles, Ryker, Adleigh Meese, Mia and Nova Cabalka; and also, Oreo and Katie.
