She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Hoeger and Delores Hoeger (Eike); her husband Richard Fitzpatrick; her daughter Diane Clausen; her brother Don; and her siblings-in-law, Carlyn Hoeger, Dave Mann, Tommy Fitzpatrick and Denny Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Fitzpatrick (Karla) of Toddville, Julie Fitzpatrick of Cedar Rapids, Mark Fitzpatrick (Sheri) of Greeley, Janet Oldfather (Mike) of Edgewood and Kimberly Snyder (Brian) of Earlville; her grandchildren, Ashley Jasper (Brian), Jessica Fitzpatrick (Taylor Ciha), Emily Readnour (Seth), Stacy Zitelman (Ryan), Jacob Fitzpatrick (Tessa Bockenstedt), Kari Fitzpatrick (Jason Diers), Haley Fitzpatrick (Dalton Harbaugh), Andy Oldfather (Amanda), Kristy Oldfather (Taylor Vanatter), Nick Oldfather (Bailee), Austin Snyder, Ben Snyder, Hugh Clausen and Vaughan Clausen; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Joelle, Lucy, Emmett Jasper, Owen Ciha, Isla, Ava, Ty, Lainey Zitelman, Paisley Fitzpatrick, Parker, Payton and Ethan Oldfather; her brother Jim Hoeger (Diane) of Earlville; and her sister-in-law Pam Mann of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (205 S Locust St, Edgewood, IA 52042).
