He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hershey and Anna Hershey (Lockhart); his wife Velma; and his brothers, Howard and Harry Hershey.
He is survived by: his children, Ed Hershey (Karmen) of Alburnett, Cathy Pyle (Jeff) of Palo and Kim McGraw (Jeremiah) of Alburnett; his grandchildren, Cavan, Nate, Adrienne, Kylee, Lakyn, Landon, Blaine, Aidan, Addyson, Carlyn, Cameron and Joslyn; and his sister Betty Bayer (Marty) of Victor. He is also survived by extended family members including brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
