She was predeceased by: her parents, James Basten and Dorothy Basten (Perrinjaquet); her daughters, Heather Emerson (Rob Kempf) of Manchester and Billi Emerson (Chad Bolsinger) of Manchester; and her brother-in-law John Lentz.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Niki Tibbott, Keara Emerson and Keaton Emerson; her great grandchild Peyton Hutchinson; and her siblings, Janet Lentz of Springville, Joyce Nichols (Nick) of Colorado, Lynda Mahan (Don) of Marion, Kathleen "Kat" Sapp (Roger) of Central City, Jimmy Basten of Strawberry Point and Bob Basten of Edgewood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
