He is survived by: his wife Tina Minor McGlothlen; his children, Lyndsy Fadl McGlothlen (Drew Jackson) of Cedar Rapids, Lacey McGlothlen, Lexis McGlothlen and Myra Foster; his stepdaughter Danielle; his grandchildren, Kiana Boots of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. and Kindsy Fadl of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.; and his brothers, Bob McGlothlen and Mike McGlothlen Bingham.
