She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cochran and Alta Garrison Cochran; her husband Lee Edward Moffet; and her brothers, Keith Cochran and Donald Cochran.
She is survived by: her grandson Shawn (Jen Veenstra) of Pella; her great grandchild Lincoln Veenstra; and her sister Helen Fehrley of Cedar Rapids.
Memorials may be made to the MHP Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa.
