He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Moore and Elizabeth Moore (Richardson); and his sister Terry Lee. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Michelle Dicks of Fremont; his children, Vesta Blaire of Eddyville, Jatin Truxton of Eddyville and Adam Moore (Meredith) of Des Moines; his brother Rick Moore (Barb) of Seymour; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Hall of Newark California. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and many cousins.
