She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Johnson (Robert Johnson); her parents, Edward Perry and Nellie Perry; and her brothers, Don Perry, Marvin Perry and James Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Johnson; her children, Dennis Johnson (Sue) of Newton, Marlene Slings (Bernie) of Oskaloosa, Sharon Davis (Jim) of Eddyville and Bradley Johnson of Eddyville; and her sister Linda Bonnett (Phil).
