He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carr and Betty Ray; his son Charles Carr; and his brother Leo Carr. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Carr of Eddyville; his children, Michelle (Chad Langstraat), Kelly (Adam Davis) and Patrick (Tanya Carr); his grandchildren, Paige Ver Steegh (Brent), Shyanne Vanderhyde (Robyn), Aiden Langstraat, Charley Carr, Layne Carr, Brady Davis, Rylee Davis, Emalee Davis, Jack Carr, Max Carr and Jase Carr; his great grandchildren, Makinlee, Natalee and Landon Ver Steegh; and his siblings, William Carr of Eddyville and Joanne Hedlund of Oskaloosa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
