She is survived by: her husband Larry Walter Bork of Eddyville; her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Sharon Lynn Bork of Eddyville; her daughters, Kristen (Ron Fridley) and Kendra Bork of Arlington, TX; and her grandchildren, Ryan Bork, Regina Foreman, Audra Bales, Alisha Thornton (Robert) and Jeremy Schwellinger (Tracey).
