He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Rouze and Ruth Rouze; his siblings, Lois Harvey and Bob Rouze; his parents-in-law, Robert and Wyota Scott; and his sister-in-law Lori Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Rouze of Eddyville; his daughters, Lisa Johnston (Jeff) of Promise City and Gina Jackson (Brent) of Eddyville; his grandchildren, Nick Howell (Kiley), Nadia Howell, Kinzey Johnston, Jantz Johnston, Novalee, Mallory and Maddox Jackson; his brother Dean Rouze (Becky) of Arizona; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Scott (Carla), Rodney Scott (Theresa) and Mark Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Eddyville Volunteer Fire Department or the Serenity Hospice House in Oskaloosa.
