She is survived by: her former husband Gary Den Hartog; her husband Donald King of Eddyville; her children, Brenda Lopez, III (Alfonso) of Eddyville, Brian Den Hartog of Dubuque and Belinda Wursta (Sean) of Eddyville; her stepdaughter Dawn Chambers of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Courtney Van Ringelestein (Chad), Chance Wursta, Cierra Lopez, Bryce Wursta (Taylor Keegel), Bret Wursta, Colby Lopez, Oscar Chambers and Chloe Den Hartog; her great grandchild Nadina Lopez-Gonzales; her sisters, Evelyn Criner (Richard) of Boone and Carolyn Ryken (Gene) of Conway, Arkansas; her mother-in-law Loryne King of Cedar Rapids; and her sister-in-law Linda Barron of Cedar Rapids.
