She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Smith and Gail Smith (Connor); her husband Paul Smith; her siblings, Donald Smith, Dorothy Wallace, Pauline Burdett, Deana Snelling and Donna Harsh; her daughter-in-law Diane Fugate; her grandson Dusty Fugate; and her son-in-law Ethan Britten.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Billheimer (Monte) of Haswell, CO, Rickey Dean Smith of Eddyville, Lawrence Smith (Caryn) of Eddyville and Brenda Anthony (Chris) of Spanaway, WA; her grandchildren, Shelby Britten (LaDawne), Ryan Britten (Andrea), Katie Smith, Sarah Potter (Tim), Wren Anthony (Taylor) and Erin Anthony; her great grandchildren, Madison Smith, Ethan Britten, Ella Potter, Quinn Britten, Milo Britten and Wesley Potter; and her siblings, Darrell Smith (Geri), Dwayne Smith (Margaret) and Doris Bodkins.
