She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry John and Mary Rosa Langenfeld (Wilwerding); her husband Louis J. Koch; and her siblings, Joseph Langenfeld, Eulalia Finken and Merle Langenfeld.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Brandenburg (Clay) of Omaha, Nebraska, Paula Riester (Michael) of Dunlap, Iowa, Laura Koch (Peg Harriott) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Myrna Hopkins (Cliff) of Gretna, Nebraska and Gayla Martin (Andy Van Deun) of Lincoln, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Sarah Boerma (Jordan), Phillip Brandenburg, Christopher Riester (Alison), Leah Hopkins (Landon Kraft), Emma Hopkins, Katie Hesson (Josh) and Daniel Martin; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Thomas Boerma and Owen Hesson; her sister Jean Croghan (Tom) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her sister-in-law Rita Langenfeld of Carroll, Iowa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.
Family suggests memorials be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church - Earling or Dunlap Nursing Home Activity Room.
