He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Tremel and Anna Tremel (Kohl); his wives, May and Mary Pat of Earling; his children, Jean Kritenbrink (Art) of Council Bluffs, Nancy Tremel (Dale Pedersen) of Courtney, British Columbia, Kathy Olson (late Ron) of Norwalk, Don Tremel of Earling, Deb Henrich (Tom) of Earling and Sharon Bruck (Kelly Reynolds) of Earling; and his siblings, Helen Frederick (late Albert) of Earling, Charles Tremel (Bonnie) of Omaha, Kenneth Tremel (Betty) of Panama and Ralph Tremel (Elaine) of Panama. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
