With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Todd Hoffman of Earlham, Iowa, who passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Hoffman and Darlene Hoffman (McKavanaugh); and his grandmother Ruth Ustic. He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his sisters, Dawn Hoffman and Tina Hoffman; his aunt Bonnie; and his uncle Ted Clark. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
